The Nebraska School Activities Association announced the districts for high school football in 2018-19, and there are some new faces to Class A.
Gretna and Elkhorn join Millard North, Burke, Fremont and Papillion-LaVista in district A-6, jumping up from Class B a year ago.
Elkhorn South also joins the Class A ranks in district A-5 with Columbus, Creighton Prep, Millard South, Omaha Northwest and Omaha Westside.
