Bailey Boswell, the 24-year-old charged with first-degree murder in the death of Sydney Loofe, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon.
The other person accused, 51-year-old Aubrey Trail, plead not guilty earlier this month after prosecutors said they would seek the death penalty. It is unclear if prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Boswell too, they have until Aug. 6 to decide.
