Our partners at the Omaha World-Herald are reporting that prosecutors have dropped the charges against the man they believe shot and killed Kyle LeFlore in a robbery outside a bar in Florence.

LeFlore's father says a key witness against Goynes, rescinded her story and refused to testify, saying she felt threatened. County Attorney Don Kleine called it extremely frustrating.
