Disaster recovery center in Boyd County relocates

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Beginning today, the State of Nebraska and FEMA Disaster Recovery Center in Boyd county will change locations.

The new location will be in Spencer, NE at 116 S. Thayer Street. The center will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday.

Flooding survivors can visit any open Nebraska Disaster Recovery Center. All the locations can be found by clicking here.

If you are requesting assistance for Disaster Recovery, have the following information on hand:
- Social Security number
- Address of the damaged residence
- Description of the damage
- A current phone number
