OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) says additional resources will soon be available for people living near the cities of Niobrara and Columbus, Nebraska.
In both locations, NEMA says Multi-Agency Resource Centers (MARC) will open to assist people impacted by flooding. There, people can access services such as financial aid in addition others.
