COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — 3 News Now viewer Raymond Schulte sent us photos of flooding near 36th and 3rd Ave in Council Bluffs after heavy rain impacted the area Sunday morning.
Schulte says this is the fourth time this year the area has flooded.
Meteorologist Audra Moore says 2.29" of rain was measured at Eppley Airfield Sunday morning.
More scattered showers and storms are expected overnight Sunday into early Monday. Some storms late Sunday could be strong to severe.
