OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) released aerial footage, showing the destruction caused by flooding on the Niobrara, at Spencer Dam and the Highway 281 bridge that was washed away.
In the footage you can see computer-simulated lines that show where the dam and bridge should be, illustrating how powerful flooding was in these areas.
