OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Our partners at the Omaha World-Herald are reporting that Southbound I-29 from Crescent to Council Bluffs (exit 61 to exit 55) has reopened, per the Iowa Department of Transportation.
The northbound lanes are still closed. Officials are continuing to monitor water levels.
