OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The State of Nebraska and FEMA will open Disaster Recovery Centers in Madison, Platte and Saline counties.

Madison County

Platte County

Saline County

- Crete, NE 68333
- Open May 2-6
- 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

Applicants requesting disaster assistance should have the following information on hang:
- Social Security Number
- Address of the damaged primary residence
- Description of the damage
- Information about insurance coverage
- A current phone number
- An address where they can receive mail
- Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit of funds
