OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The 100 Black Men of Omaha, a nonprofit organization, hosts their Youth with Promise firework stand every year. The organization employs teen boys during the fireworks sales, with some money raised going back into their organization to help with events and scholarships.

For about a decade, the organization has sold fireworks to benefit the community.

They hope to sell as much as they did in the previous years despite three less days due to new rules.

The Youth with Promise firework stand operates through July 4 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. at 4115 North 72nd St (across from Benson Park).
