Omaha Police investigate overnight homicide

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A 26-year-old man died overnight following a shooting near 3415 N. 29th Circle.

Officers responded to a crowd disturbance at the above address at 2:42 a.m Sunday. As police arrived, they received a ShotSpotter alert to that location.

Authorities arrived and located 26-year-old Deandre Hines.

Medics transported Hines to the Nebraska Medical Center where he later died.
