OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — People in Lincoln, Fremont and Blair will join others in the Omaha metro area who can now dine inside some restaurants.

It's the first day with looser restrictions on restaurants and some businesses. It's the same change Omaha made last Monday.

That means restaurants can choose to open to half capacity or less. Salons, barber shops and tattoo parlors can also open if everyone wears a mask and there's less than ten people inside.
