CDHD reporting almost as many cases as Douglas Co.

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — On Monday, the Central District Health Department (CDHD), which serves Hall, Hamilton and Merrick Counties, reported a three-fold increase in confirmed coronavirus cases. Today, according to its website, the area now has four fewer confirmed cases than Douglas County.

At the time this article was written, the CDHD's website is reporting 251 confirmed cases and four deaths. Douglas County is currently reporting 255 cases and seven deaths.

A week prior to Monday, the CDHD had only reported 68 confirmed coronavirus cases.
