DOUGLAS COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Douglas County Health Department reported 167 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of cases in Douglas County to 10,969 since the outbreak began in March. The Health Department received no new death certificates related to COVID-19 during the past day. The total number of lives lost in the county from the pandemic remains at 135. DCHD says 7,239 county residents have recovered from the illness.
LINCOLN-LANCASTER HEALTH DEPARTMENT
The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department announced that 29 lab-confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Lancaster County on Thursday, bringing the community total to 3,244. The number of deaths in the community remains at 17. There have been 1,403 recoveries.
