PAPILLION, Neb. (KMTV) —The Papillion Board of Health has unanimously voted to support a mask mandate. It now moves on to the Papillion City Council for a vote on Tuesday, Dec. 1. The health board also recommended to fast track the measure and waive second and third readings before the council, with the mask mandate to take affect immediately after council approval.
