PAPILLION, Neb. (KMTV) - The Papillion City Council is slated to consider a mask mandate this week.
The council will hold meetings Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night at 7.
Public comment will be heard during the Wednesday meeting.
Public comments can also be made through the Mayor's Hotline online at www.papillion.org, by email to mayorshotline@papillion.org, or by phone to 402-827-1111.
Should the city council pass a mask mandate, Papillion would become the latest in a growing list of areas around the state that have put a mask ordinance in place.
The measure moved to the city council after the Papillion Board of Health unanimously voted last week to support a mask mandate.
You can now add Fremont to this list, as their Board of Health passed a mandate Saturday.
