OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Due to COVID-19 and other issues, the Douglas County Election Commission says about 10,000 voters will be reporting new locations for the 2020 presidential election.
According to a release from the commission, voters will be sent yellow postcards this week regarding changes to their voting location.
The changes are necessary due to "some polling places not having availability, some precincts returning to their previous voting locations prior to the 2020 Primary Election, and others due to COVID-19 concerns."
You can verify your polling place by visiting the Douglas County Election Commission's website or by calling (402) 444-VOTE.
