Beginning on March 1, the next phase of the 168th Street project between West Dodge Road and West Maple Road will begin.
Starting at 9 a.m., North 168th Street will be closed between Burt Street and Bedford Street for widening and will remain close for the next nine months. For six months, Blondo Street between North 171st Street and Dora Hamann Parkaway will also be closed for street widening.
Additionally, on Feb. 28, stop signs will be added on North 192nd and Blondo for improved access to North 192nd Street until a permanent traffic signal is put in place.
