OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Omaha police confirm a man is dead after a shooting near 53rd and Boyd Streets.
Officers responded to a radio call of shots fired at 2:13 Sunday afternoon.
Police say they found 20-year-old John Parks Jr in the backyard of home on North 53rd.
Officers says Parks was declared dead at the scene.
It is being investigated as a homicide, if you have any information you're advised to contact crime stoppers.
