Council Bluffs police say a man wanted for a murder in August has been arrested in Kentucky.
Police say 35 year old Arthur Crum was found and arrested by the Montgomery County, Kentucky Sheriff's Department and is in custody awaiting extradition to Iowa. Council Bluffs Police obtained an arrest warrant for Crum on September 25.
Crum faces first degree murder charges for the August 30th murder of 39 year old Larry Scott. Scott was found shot to death in the middle of the street on Avenue B and 10th Street.
