Aubrey Trail, the man charged with first-degree murder in the death of Sydney Loofe, waived his preliminary hearing and will face trial, according to our partners at the Omaha World-Herald.
According to the documents, Trail admitted to strangling Loofe to death with an extension cord and that Boswell helped him clean up and dispose of Loofe's body. Boswell allegedly met Loofe on Tinder on Nov. 11, 2017.

The other suspect, 23-year-old Bailey Boswell, will have her hearing continue next month.
