Blair, Neb. (KMTV) - More than 50 Blair High School students and citizens rallied outside the high school this afternoon to honor a classmate who died, and urge the administration to change their minds.

Trent Hill was a sophomore when he was killed in a rollover crash in 2014.  Hill wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle.

Blair High seniors want an empty chair to sit where Hill would've sat at graduation.  Blair administrators say policy doesn't allow for a significant memorial at school activities including graduation.  They have offered alternatives, but the students want to see an empty seat.
