Munchkin is recalling about 180-thousand pacifiers over a choking hazard.
The company says it received five reports of a plastic cover that goes over its latch lightweight pacifier's clip detaching. No injuries have been reported. Several styles and color patterns are part of the recall. Details are available on the Consumer Protection Safety Commission's recall page http://www.cpsc.gov/en/recalls/.The Commission recommends parents take the clip away from young children and contact Munchkin for a replacement or a refund.
The pacifiers with attached clips were sold for about 11 to 15 dollars at Babies"R"Us, Target, Walmart and other locations,, and online at sites such as amazon.com
