Convergys, which operates call centers in Omaha, is shutting down its operations on May 31. The closing will lead to almost 100 people losing their jobs.
A Convergys spokesperson told our partners at the Omaha World-Herald that the closure was simply a business decision and wasn't tied to any specific contract or event.
The center opened in 1995.
