COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa (KMTV) — The old Target at the Mall of the Bluffs will be a temporary middle for the Council Bluffs school district.
The district bough the building after the store sat empty for 10 years and it will be used as a temporary home for both Kirn and Wilson Middle School.
The building will need $2-3 million worth of improvements before students can use it next fall. Kirn and Wilson are both being remodeled.
