Amy Koch is seeing clearly after receiving free eye surgery.
The mother of two has been a quadriplegic since a car crash two years ago.
This week, surgical staff at Miracle Hills Surgery Center in Omaha and Dr. Lance Kugler performed corrective surgery on her eyes. She previously had to wear contacts that nurses would need to put in because she can not move her arms or legs.
“It’s a gift,” she says.
