Douglas Goldsberry, the man who sent prostitutes to his neighbor's house in Elkhorn, is facing child pornography charges.
His initial appearance is scheduled for Thursday in U.S. District Court.
According to court documents, Goldsberry had a hard drive with a pornographic image featuring a prepubescent minor.
In November, Goldsberry was sentenced to four years in prison after he pleaded no contest to one count of pandering. It was the maximum sentence allowed for the case.
Goldsberry told investigators he would send prostitutes to his neighbors' home and tell them to take off their clothes while he would watch from his kitchen window.
The judge said Goldsberry's "screening process" by seeing how far he could get the women to go was a concern for the court.
He is currently in the Nebraska Department of Corrections Diagnostics and Evaluation Center in Lincoln.
