OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Due to the ongoing pandemic, the United States District Court for Nebraska has extended video teleconferencing for criminal proceedings through March 23, 2021.
The new order will only impact federal court cases, not county cases and is designed to help prevent the spread of COVID.
