OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Omaha Fire Department assisted Ponca Hills firefighters with a trench rescue around 6:30 p.m. Thursday after it says a 14-year-old girl fell 12 feet down a hole at Uta Halee Academy.
Authorities reopened Fort Calhoun Road, which was cordoned off during the rescue.
Officials say the girl injured her arm. Paramedics took her to Nebraska Medicine for further medical aid.
