OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Kris Pierce, former Assistant Deputy Assessor and current Nebraska Certified County Assessor has decided to arm property owners in the property valuation process by offering a free seminar geared towards average property owners, small business owners and real estate professionals.
The seminar will focus on what you can do to appeal that increase. One in four homeowners is facing an increase of about $20,000.
The seminar, being offered by Pierce and his firm, IntegrumUSA, is March 30 at the Randall School of Real Estate near 110th and Oak.
