OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Governor Pete Ricketts will hold a proclamation signing ceremony for FFA Week in Nebraska. FFA Week is celebrated nationally February 16-23.
The governor, Nebraska Department of Agriculture (NDA) Director Steve Wellman, Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) Director of Agricultural Education Krystl Knabe, and Nebraska FFA President Amanda Most will make remarks before taking questions.
The event will be open to the public and will take place Tuesday, February 19 from 2:30-3 p.m. at the Governor's Hearing Room located at the Nebraska State Capitol.
