Gunfire damages west Omaha bar

The Parliament Pub at The Shops of Legacy was damaged by gunfire Wednesday afternoon.

Police responded to the bar at 168th and West Center Road around 2 p.m. after a report of a shooting there.

Officers were able to locate the suspect at a nearby apartment building and take him into custody.

Police said the man  did fire at officers before he surrendered.
