High bond set for child's death

A Bellevue man charged in the death of a toddler who was in his care appeared in court Thursday morning.
 
A Sarpy County judge set Armond Floyd's bond at $2.5 million for his charge of felony child abuse resulting in death.  Floyd was watching his girlfriend's daughter when she was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Sunday. Imani Edwards, who would have turned 2 on Friday later died at Children's Hospital.
 
Floyd was already facing domestic abuse and other charges for on October incident involving the child's mother.
