I-480 northbound is back open and one man is under arrest after Omaha Police shut it down to diffuse a mental health crisis.
He faces charges including resisting arrest and obstruction.
Before he was arrested, people went out to offer support. 3 News Now saw them holding signs like "U-R loved."
