DES MOINES, Iowa (KMTV) — If you want to make a legal bet on the Super Bowl or other games, you will soon be able to do so in Iowa. Governor Kim Reynolds has signed into law a set of bills which will allow sports betting in state casinos and online as well.
Iowa bills SF366 and SF617 were signed today by Reynolds and iron out the details for sports gambling in the state.
People over the age of 21, who register in-person, will be able to bet on professional and collegiate sports games and in fantasy leagues.
