OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — If you live in or frequent South Omaha, you may need to find an alternate route onto the John F. Kennedy Expressway.
According to Omaha's Public Works Department, "The John F. Kennedy Expressway on ramp will be closed South bound at Q Street for bridge replacement by Jensen Construction."
The closure started this morning and will be in effect for six weeks as crews carry out the project.
