Inicia Velasquez, now 17, has been missing since July 10, 2016.
She is 5-foot-7, weight 150 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.
She was last seen in Lincoln but The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said she may be in Omaha or Indianapolis, Indiana.
