A man who was hit by a minivan Wednesday night has died, according to police. On Thursday afternoon, he was identified as 55-year-old David Grinbergs.
Investigators say that Grinbergs was not in a crosswalk when he tried to cross Maple Street near 102nd around 7 p.m.
The crash shut down westbound Maple Street for three and a half hours and the victim has not been identified.
