Man identified in Council Bluffs apartment fire

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The man who died in the apartment fire in Council Bluffs at 221 N 30th Street on January 8 has been identified.
The victim was 59 year old Charles Buckman. The autopsy autopsy done by the Iowa State Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled the preliminary cause of death as smoke inhalation.
