OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Omaha Police say a man sustained non-life threatening injuries during a shooting at 42nd and Binney St on Saturday morning.
Officers responded to the area around 9:30 a.m. and located 39-year-old Damien Jenkins.
Omaha Fire Department medics transported him to the Nebraska Medical Center.
Jenkins told police he was walking in the area when shots were fired from a gray Chevy Impala.
