Council Bluffs police say Markis Moses Davis is in custody in connection with the death of Anthony Walker and the shooting of Patrick Schutz at an apartment on Glen Avenue on March 7.

Police located Davis in the 3500 block of West Broadway in Council Bluffs around 4 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. They took him into custody without incident and booked him on first-degree murder, attempted murder and first-degree robbery.

Two men, Ben Lein and Wesley Correa-Carmenaty were previously arrested and charged in the case. They are both charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder and first-degree robbery.

Police had told us they believed Davis may be traveling with a woman named Rachel Lewis. She was described as a person of interest at the time. Police have not located her and would still like to talk with her.
