UPDATE 9:40 A.M. FRIDAY: Council Bluffs Police have arrested 18-year-old Tate Pilger in connection with the crime and he has been booked on one count of 2nd Degree Criminal Mischief.

The Council Bluffs Police Department says they are looking for man who broke out windows at St. Peter's Catholic Church on Bluff Street twice on Saturday.
Not the greatest pics but, this guy showed up at St Peter's Catholic Church (1 Bluff Street) twice Saturday and broke out several windows, wearing different masks each time. He came and left on foot.
