OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A 30-year-old motorcyclist died from injuries following a crash early Saturday, according to Omaha Police.
At 1:13 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of I-80 E and 108th St where investigation revealed a 2018 CSC SG250 motorcycle was eastbound on the I, L, Q ramp to I-80 when it was struck from behind by a Toyota Camry driven by Miguel Garcia-Garcia, 31.
The motorcycle, driven by 30-year-old Saw Htoo, was pushed approximately 100 ft before both vehicles stopped.
Htoo was thrown from the motorcycle and was laying in a lane when he was struck by a 2010 Chevy pickup, driven by Evan Brandt, 28, who had slowed to go around the other involved vehicles.
Htoo was transported to Bergan Mercy where he later died.
The other men involved were uninjured.
