LA VISTA, Neb. (KMTV) — La Vista-based Nebraska Brewing Company took home the title of Grand National Champion in the barleywine category at the United States Beer Tasting Championship for the company's Fathead brew.
Nebraska Brewing Company owner and founder, Paul Kavulak said, "We're thrilled that one of our first barrel-aged beers continues to do so well among so many beers in the world today and to be ranked number one is an honor and testament to quality."
Fathead is available at the Nebraska Brewing Company's taproom and retailers in the area.
