LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) - The Nebraska State Penitentiary announced an inmate's death on Tuesday.

Officials say 65-year-old Harold Wilson died on Monday. While the cause of death has yet to be determined, Wilson had multiple medical conditions.

His sentence started in October 1986. He was serving 56-to-170 years for first degree sexual assault, robbery, kidnapping and first degree murder out of Dawson County.

A grand jury will investigate Wilson's death, as is customary whenever an inmate dies in the custody of the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services.
