A new development is bringing 118 new town homes to 192nd and Pacific.
Our partners at the Omaha World-Herald report Omaha-based Metonic Real Estate Solutions is involved in the project as a developer.
The new housing will be located near Methodist Women's Hospital and Elkhorn South High School and is part of a $22 million project.
It includes one bedroom and three bedroom units and pre-leasing will begin this fall.
“At that northwest corner — it’s such a great place — having something a little more high-end and distinctive in the town home style made a lot of sense,” Metonic's Eric Rodawig said. “There are not a lot of (rental) products with that level of intimacy or privacy.”
