The Nebraska State Patrol has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for two young children.
The State Patrol says 2-year-old Stanley Skidmore and 1-year-old Franklin Blakely were last seen on Oct. 6 and may be in danger.
Stanley is a bi-racial male with black hair and brown eyes and Franklin is a while mate with light brown hair.
Authorities believe they are traveling with 45-year-old Donald Winslow and 24-year-old Cherokee Bailey in a blue Chrysler minivan with Iowa plates reading "GBK096."
