Wednesday morning, an Omaha accused in a deadly DUI crash over the weekend will appear in court.
Investigators say 22-year-old Alberto Castro-Sanabria was drunk when he crashed near 31st and Marcy early Saturday morning.
His passenger, 17-year-old Luis Castillo-Cabrera, died from injuries suffered in the crash.
Initially, Castro-Sanabria was charged with DUI and reckless driving, but that charge was upped to motor vehicle homicide after Castillo-Cabrera died Monday.
In court on Wednesday, he was held on $1 million bond.
