Anthony Triplett, 31, was arrested for lewd conduct near an apartment complex on 15th and Cuming Saturday. It marks the second time since July 23 Triplett has been arrested for lewd behavior and he already has 12 lewd conduct convictions, according to police.
In addition, Triplett has another charge from the July 23 incident pending.
According to a report, Triplett was picked up by Omaha Police late Saturday night after another person called 911 because Triplett was allegedly masturbating outside. The 911 caller told police he could see Triplett's genitals as he looked at his phone with his pants and underwear down.
Police say when they arrived Triplett was observed looking at pornography on his phone and his pants were still undone.
Triplett was booked on charges of lewd conduct fourth offense because he does not have a permanent address.
