Omaha Police investigate fatal Saturday night shooting

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A 38-year-old man died Saturday night after a shooting near 28th and Spencer St.

At 7:53 p.m., officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the area.

The call was upgraded to a shooting as police were en route to the scene.

Upon arrival, officers located 38-year-old Michael Wilson with a gunshot wound.

Medics transported Wilson to the Nebraska Medical Center where he died.
